• 1 tablespoon sugar (depending on the sweetness of the dry cookies)
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 egg white
• pinch of salt
• 200 gram sugar
• 5 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• half a teaspoon of salt
• 1,5 teaspoon ground chilli
• 2 eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 700 ml full-fat milk
• 150 gram dark chocolate
