Sheet Pan Seafood Boil

Ingredients

• 2 pounds snow crab legs or king crab legs
• 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
• 4 tablespoons SOOC Garlic olive oil
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 2 lemons
• 4-6 cups small red potatoes
• 4 ears corn, cut in halves
• 1-pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
• 1-pound large shrimp, deveined (shell on or off, your choice)
