One of my favorite things that we grow is Lambs Quarter. It has a very similar taste to spinach and is rich in many vitamins.

- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)

- 3 1/2 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
