• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 450 g (1 lb) potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 onions, sliced
• 450 g (1 lb) sausages, cut into chunks
• 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 300 ml (1/2 pint) vegetable stock
• 1 tbsp Paprika Smoked
• 1 tbsp Oregano
• 1 tsp sugar
