Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 (0.25oz) package (7g) or 2 1/4 teaspoons Platinum Yeast
• 1 cup milk (warmed to 120-130°F)
• 6 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
• 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (washed and dried)
• Cornmeal (for dusting pan)
