• 1 package yufka or phyllo dough
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion , diced
• 4 C spinach
• 1/2 C white cheese (or feta)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 Russet potato
• 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley , chopped
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 C vegetable oil
