Ingredients

• 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing grill
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 cup ROGER FOODS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, to dust chicken (add 1 tsp salt and pepper)
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, finely chopped, plus 1 tablespoon whole leaves
• 3 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
• 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper, plus more to taste
• 12 chicken drumsticks
• 5 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
• 3 cup arugula
• 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese or blue cheese (about 3 1/2 oz.)
