• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 chopped fresh basil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• For the Pesto Cream
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 Tbsp. prepared basil pesto
