Ingredients

• 2 cups short-grain rice
• 1 lb Spanish style links, cut into slices on the bias chorizo sausage
• 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
• 1 large diced green bell pepper
• 1 large diced onion
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 cut legs, drumsticks and thighs chicken
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• pinch saffron threads
• 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
• for service Lemon wedges
