- 5g Honey or Malt
- 320g Cold Water
- 10g Sea Salt
- 600g ‘00’ Flour
- 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
- 2x Pizzarella 250g, cut small cubes (or Fior Di Latte, cut and well drained)
- 150g Passata
- Pinch of Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt, to taste
