- 5-6 ounces of Gruyere cheese
- 5-6 ounces of Emmental cheese
- 1lb. mushrooms
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 2 lb. bottom round roast
- 2 cloves of garlic or confit garlic if you have some.
- 2-3 lb natural briquettes or lump charcoal
