• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 packages active dry yeast (0.25 ounce packets)/ 4 ½ teaspoons
• 8 cup (plus 1 cup extra, reserved) all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups Sun-Maid Sun-Dried California Raisins
• 1 teaspoon (heaping) baking powder
• 1 teaspoon (scant) baking soda
• 1 tablespoon (heaping) salt
• 1-2 sticks melted butter
• Generous sprinkling of cinnamon
• Sprinkle of nutmeg and allspice (optional)
• 2 cups sugar (or less)
• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
