Pistachio Vanilla Sponge Cake

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1 TBSP Vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 Cup Raw pistachios pulsed into crumbs
• 1 Tbsp Nuts for sprinkling on top
• 2 Tsp Baking powder
• 3/4 Cup Light olive oil extra for coating the cake tin
• 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
• 2 Cups All purpose flour mixed with 2 tbsp corn flour
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Milk
