• 3 tbsp flour

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp salt
• pinch cinnamon
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 can vegetable or chicken broth
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, plus additional for garnish
• 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
