Ingredients

• 1 lb shaved beef or ground chuck
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp red cooking wine
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 loaf of French bread
• 3 tbsp butter, softened
• 8 slices of Muenster Cheese
• 8 slices of Swiss Cheese
• 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced
