Chopped Mixed Green Salad from Sababa by Tal Smith
We use large quantities of fresh herbs in our salads. If I can say one thing about dressing a salad it is don’t be shy with the herbs, especially in this salad.
Ingredients
- 250 g corn kernels
- 100 g mangetout, finely chopped
- 10 g basil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 90 g fine green beans
- 100 g sugar snaps, finely chopped
- 100 g fresh green peas
- pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 10 g mint
- 125 ml Bulgarian yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
