A fantastic rose veal meatball recipe for cool summer evenings - Farmison & Co

Ingredients

• 300g Minced rose veal
• 300g Minced pork
• ½ Cup breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsps milk
• 2 Eggs
• 30g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
• Bunch of sage leaves, finely chopped
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 450g Plum tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 150ml Red wine
• 300ml Beef stock
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Bay leaves
• Fresh basil leaves
• Freshly ground salt and pepper
• Olive oil
