Vodka Gazpacho Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 2 punnet of cherry tomatoes
• 3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 2 red peppers, roughly chopped
• 1 cucumber, roughly chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 50ml of vodka
• 50ml of water
• 50ml of white wine vinegar
• 2 drops of Tabasco
• 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pinch of saffron
• 1 pinch of caster sugar
• 1 dash of salt
