• 5lb of Mixed Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks
• 5 Cloves of Garlic, grated
• 1/4 cup of Red Wine Vinegar
• 1/3 cup of Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup of Capers plus 2 Tbsp of the brine
• 1/2 cup of Green Olives
• 2 Tbsp of Dried Oregano
• 1 cup of Dry, Pitted Prunes
• 2 Bay Leaves
• Plenty of Salt and Pepper
• 1/2 cup of Dry White Wine
• 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
