• 1/2 Cup plus 1-1/2 teaspoon olive oil, divided
• 1/2 Cup Chopped flat-leaf parsley, divided
• 1/2 Cup Crumbled feta cheese
• 2 Cup white vinegar
• 1 Cup water
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1/2 Teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 Teaspoon Black peppercorns
• 1/2 Bunch fresh dill
• 4 Clove garlic, smashed
• 1 Teaspoon cumin
• 2 Teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
• 2 Teaspoon sherry vinegar
• 1 Teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/2 Cup olive oil
• 1 Tablespoon Finely chopped fresh mint
