Ingredients

• 1 Founders & Farmers Whole Oven Roasted Chicken
• 2 cups Founders & Farmers canned whole tomatoes
• 1 cup diced white onion
• 1 Poblano pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 cilantro bunch, separate stems and leaves
• 3/4 cup chicken stock
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup guacamole
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1 cup Founders & Farmers Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
• 8 corn tortillas
