Mexican style salad jar recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 2.5 oz cotija cheese (or feta cheese)
• 1 handful of cilantro
• 1/4 red onion
• 5 oz cooked corn
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• 5 oz kidney beans
• 1 handful of arugula salad
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1.5 Tbsp lime juice
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of pepper
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
