• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup coconut cream
• 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream or thick coconut cream (or a combination)
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
