Ingredients: ¼ cup Meyer lemon juice; 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar; 1 clove garlic, smashed; ½ tsp. stoneground Dijon mustard; 1/8 – ¼ tsp. each of dried marjoram, oregano & basil (fresh herbs are wonderful if you have them, simply use 1/2 tsp. of each one); 1 Tbsp. honey; 1 ½ tsp. sugar; Salt to taste; ¾ cup EVOO
