  • 200g sour cream or 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 80g Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs, mixed with milk to reach 200ml
  • 10g or 3.5 tsp Active dried yeast
  • Egg wash (1 egg yolk + extra milk)
