Aisling's Breakfast Cinnamon Rolls with Honey Icing - Odlums

Ingredients

• 250g Odlums Strong White Flour
• 10g dried fast-action yeast
• 100mls milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon ( optional: + ½ tsp allspice +¼ tsp nutmeg )
• 50mls oil
• ½ tsp fine salt
• 1 egg + 1 egg for glazing
• 150g soft light brown sugar
• 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 50g soft real butter
• 125g mascarpone
• 250g icing sugar
• 25g butter
• 2 heaped tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla
