• 100g streaky bacon
• ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs

• 1.5 cups fresh parsley

• 250g frozen corn
• 70ml cream
• 50ml chicken stock
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 corn on the cob
• 12 large scallops
• 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic
• 6 sprigs thyme
