Ingredients

• - 3 pork Rognon
• - 100 g (3 1/2 oz.) steak
• - 100 g (3 1/2 oz.) Flank Steak
• - 150 g (5 oz.) veal Liver (thick slice)
• - 1 basket of cherry tomatoes
• - 1 bunch of small new onions
• - 50 g (2 oz.) powdered sugar
• - 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
• - 1 tbsp. liquid honey
• - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
• - Salt and pepper
