• 60 g Almonds roughly chopped
• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 6 Dried Apricots roughly chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 1 small Onion very finely chopped
• 1 pinch Salt
• 100 g SuperValu Baby Spinach
• 75 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
• 4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley finely chopped
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme leaves, finely chopped
