Turnip and Apple Soup

Ingredients

• 4 Turnips (up to 5), peeled and diced
• 2 Apples (e.g. Granny Smith), peeled, cored and diced
• 1/4 Onion chopped
• 1 tsp Coconut Oil or Butter
• 2 cups water (or until ingredients are covered)
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp ground fennel
• 1 tbsp ground mustard seed
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp ground turmeric
