Very Cherry Rolls

Ingredients

• Rolls:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
• 2 envelopes Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup corn oil
• 1 egg
• 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• Filling
• 1/4 cup butter OR margarine, softened
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup cherry preserves
• 1 package (5 ounces) OR 1 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup slivered almonds
• Frosting
• 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
