Falafel - HOUNÖ

Ingredients

• 300 g dried chickpeas
• 75 g boiled potatoes
• 1 large onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp dried chili flakes
• 1 dl oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• Juice of 1 lemon
