FISH CAKES WITH HERBS - Sherry's Kitchen Table

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup homemade breadcrumbs. Or you can use shop bought.
• zest of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs
• 1 egg, beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper
• 1 tin of tuna drained weight 110 gms approx
• 100/150 gms cooked salmon or cod or trout.
• 1 1/2 cup cooked green beans, broccoli, broad beans.
• 1 cup of boiled potatoes. chopped up.
• 4/5 tbsp rapeseed oil
