  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
  • 50 ml SuperValu Oil
  • 3 large SuperValu Potatoes peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Mayonnaise
