Ingredients

• 2 packets of Makfa buckwheat in packets
• 1 tbsp of soy sauce
• 2 tbsp of peanut oil
• 2 tsp of honey
• juice and zest of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp of chopped ginger
• 1/2 cucumbers
• 2 stalks of green onion
• 50 ml of sake
• 50 ml of rice vinegar
• 70 ml of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of peanut or sesame oil
• 680 g of salmon fillet with skin
• 2-3 tsp of sugar
