Ingredients

• 1 sheet frozen pastry (puff or shortcrust), thawed
• ¼ cup(½ stick) butter
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup peas, canned or frozen
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
• 1 cup diced, cooked ham
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 large leek, white and green parts, thinly sliced and washed
• 1 egg
• 1 cup light cream
• 2 ½ cups diced, cooked chicken
