Artichoke and Mushroom Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. grated Parm. cheese
• (1) 17 1/2 ox. pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, defrosted
• 2 T. butter
• 1 # white mushrooms, sliced 1/2" thick
• 2 T. lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 T. flour
• 1 c. heavy cream
• (2) 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
• 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
