• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup aioli
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic glove finely chopped
• 6 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 small red chilli
• 75ml malt vinegar
• 140g brown sugar
