This is truly one of the easiest recipes out there. Vary with the berries or fruits available - here I use fresh blueberries.

- 135 g (1.5 dl) Sugar
- 70 g (1 pcs) Egg
- 90 g (1.5 dl) All-purpose Flour
- 110 g (2 dl) Blueberry
- 12 g (1 Tbsp) Pearl Sugar
