• 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (optional)
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
