Ingredients

- 2 grapefruits
- 100 gram baby spinach
- 1 avocado
- 50 gram pecan nuts
- 2 tbsp good quality olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp white balsamico vinegar or any vinegar of your liking
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
