• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
• 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 3 cups water
• 2 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1-2 tsp. garlic, minced or crushed
• 1 cup polenta
• 1 TB butter
• 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
