• 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2/3 cup pure maple syrup from Canada
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
