Baked Lumpia Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground lean pork
• 1 medium carrots, chopped fine
• 1 medium onions, chopped fine
• 1 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
• 1 (8 ounce) cans bamboo shoots, drained and chopped fine
• 8 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• wonton wrappers, 1 package
• 1 large eggs
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with the water
• 2 -3 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
