  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 6 leeks, well washed and blanched
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 slices (200g) country ham
  • 200g fresh long-stemmed asparagus, blanched
  • 200g mozzarella, grated
