Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 2 tbsps Sam’s Mustard (buy this gem at the Wilderotter Vineyard Tasting Room)
• 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
• 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsps honey
• 3 dashes hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup Wilderotter Estate Olive Oil
