• 2/3 cup heavy cream (whole milk will work too)
• 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
