- 7 or 8 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp maple sugar
- 2 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup (preferably <a href="https://www.maplefromcanada.co.uk/about/four-grades-of-maple/">amber syrup</a> for its rich taste)
