Ingredients

• 3 packets of Makfa grinding peas in packets
• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 400 canned chopped tomatoes in own juice
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 tsp of ground chili pepper
• 2 tbsp of jeera (cumin)
• 400 g of cod fillet
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 zucchini
• salt
