• 1 onion, finely diced
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• 500g mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 150ml vegetable stock
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 100ml single cream
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
